As of January 1st, 2022, all clients who are uninsured or option to self-pay for services, and will be beginning a new course of care with us, have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. This is in keeping with the No Surprises Act act and will provide a general overview of the costs you are likely to incur throughout your course of care.

Please be sure to let us know if you will be paying for your care out-of-pocket so we can provide you with an estimate prior to your first appointment.
